Annual Maintenance Inspections

     As the old saying goes: "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." The same goes for houses. With an Annual Maintenance Inspection, we can identify potential issues as they arise so that they can be dealt with before you find yourself in a crisis. 

     Annual maintenance inspections are whole home inspections with a discount, to help you keep your home in top shape. After your first inspection with us, each subsequent annual maintenance inspection will receive a 15% discount.
